Exporting Failed

    Hello
    Install the plugin but “Exporting Failed” appears.
    I have disabled all the plugins but the same problem keeps appearing.

    Could you please share us your server error logs (/var/logs/) and WooCommerce fatal error log via support link here.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your plugin. I am having the same issue. Here seems to be the relevant error in my logs:

    “PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘ZipArchive’ not found
    Which throws a stack trace.

    I am running nginx and php7.2 if that helps.

    Nevermind. Got it working. Nginx multisite misconfiguration on my part. Thanks again for the plugin!
