Thank you for reaching out! To transfer over all previous data, I highly recommend migrating over all of your database tables and then find and replace all instances of your previous domain name within your database tables’ data with the new domain name. This way, all data will persist.
If you cannot migrate all database tables or you do not wish to do this, in order to have affiliate data parity between your previous website and your new one, you will still need to:
- Migrate all of SliceWP’s database tables. All of the plugin’s tables are prefixed with “slicewp”.
- Migrate over your old website’s “users” database table. Because affiliates are linked to users, the users table does need to be migrated as well to have data cohesion and user ID parity.
- Migrate over all values from the “options” table, where the option name is prefixed by “slicewp”.
