These errors are usually caused by interference from other plugins or the theme, which sometimes use the same variables without checking whether they are actually the recipient of a request. Can you therefore please try again after temporarily deactivating all other plugins and after switching to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty? That way, we can find what’s causing this.

good to hear that you found the cause!
You could either turn that plugin off temporarily whenever you want to export a table, or you could try contacting their development team and ask them to fix this. (Essentially, they should not rely on the existence of just the action variable in the request, but also check e.g. the page variable.)
