Export users with passwords

I have searched ad nauseum for an answer to this and I cannot find a straightforward response. I need to export all the users from one site and export them into a different site. There are plugins that will export users, but they don’t seem to export the passwords with them. Exporting users is pointless without taking the passwords with them; we’re trying to avoid having to make our 1400 users recreate a password.

This is one of the only things holding us up from launching our new site. Can anyone please help?
