    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

This indicates that something is wrong with the character encoding on your site. Is it UTF-8?
Also, where do you see the gibberish? Is it in a text editor like Notepad?

    Regards,
    Tobias

The problem is just with the exported file.
When i export a table to a csv file (same with json and html) , the gibrish accourd on the exported file when i open it with excel or anything else (like notepad++).
I dont think the problem is with my site.

    Hi,

hhm, that’s strange. I have never had such problems.
Can you maybe email me an exported CSV and an exported JSON file of the table? The address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”.

    Regards,
    Tobias

i’m facing the same problem. I see the issue is in “resolved” status.
is it? if so, what’s the solution for that?

    Hi,

as expected in my initial reply, this was an issue with the character encoding.
Can you provide more details about your workflow? Are you exporting to a CSV file? How does that look when you open in a text editor?

    Regards,
    Tobias
