Hello ibl92,
Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.
I understand you’re trying to export customers who bought a specific product along with their email address, but WooCommerce reports don’t show this information directly.
You’re right, by default, WooCommerce requires opening each order to view customer emails.
Could you share more details of what you are trying to achieve? Is this something like a filter that combines a product and an email address?
I will be happy to help you with an alternate solution.
Best regards.

We need to send out an email to customers who have bought 1 of 5 specific products between 1st of march-10th of april. The reason is we need to inform them about their delivery being postponed. Since it’s about 150 customers, it would be helpful if we could export a list in Woo with the email adresses connected to orders with any of these products.
Hi @isabella92,
Thanks for the additional details!
Since you need to contact customers who purchased specific products within a certain date range, the default WooCommerce reports won’t provide that directly but you can use a plugin like Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-order-export-lite/).
Or if you’re comfortable with a bit of custom code or working with a developer, a custom SQL query or snippet could be written to extract exactly the data you need from the database.
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
If you have a few minutes, we’d love if you could leave us a review: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/
