We are pleased to let you know that the fix for the checkbox value export issue has been released in our latest update!
Please update the User Registration & Membership plugin to the latest version from your WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins and the missing checkbox field data should now export correctly in your CSV files.

Thanks for the update.
Looks like the fix didn’t make it to this release. But I found the code line fix on the github for this plugin so I’ve put that in for now to restore the functionality.
