The easiest way is by using the WordPress feed and limiting it to job listings only.
http://www.fourleafed.com/feed/?post_type=job_listing
Just make sure to replace fourleafed.com in the example with your domain name.

If you want an XML file you can use the built in export function. It’s under Tools.
RSS, as Fourleafed suggested, is a kind of XML.
On top on WordPress export, the Indeed add-on can also export XML (specifically for Indeed, but that doesn’t mean other platforms cannot see the XML and parse it themselves).
@Mikejolly, your suggestion to export XML using the Indeed add-on seems very interesting. I will try that one for sure. Thanks!!!

Here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/. That will give you a file. You can also use the Indeed addons like @mike suggested or the default XML feed http://www.fourleafed.com/feed/?post_type=job_listing. It is also possible to tweak this, so you can set which fields you want included in the feed.
