Export database only file creates large file

Hello, I’ve got this problem after the last plugin update. When I export database backup from the local server it works properly and makes 100mb DB backup, but it pulls 4k files (resulting 2gb backup file) on the live website.

I’ve tried to clean up all folders with backups, reinstalling the plugin, but things are not changed.

Please provide a GitHub link to the previous version of All-in-one so I could test it there.
