Great to see you were able to increase the default limit of events.
The Subscribe feature is dependent on two parameters to export events to your site visitors. There is a default limit of 30 upcoming events (which you changed), plus it’s also affected by the View the site visitor is using.
For example:
If the site visitor is on the Month View, when they subscribe, they will get that month’s upcoming events, up to the limit of upcoming events.
If the site visitor is in the List View, there is no month “limit”, but they will get up to the limit of events configured.

You may also be interested in the Advanced iCal Export v2 extension, with it you use a custom export link with more options to use in a button you create.

I switched to List View and still only get the entries for August.
Hi @donnajh, could you provide us with the direct URL to your website? It is weird that it doesn’t follow the limit you have set. That should work in most cases. We’d like to investigate more of this issue.

Thanks for the reminder of the extension. Being able to select a specific time frame is actually very helpful and worked. It would be curious to understand why the standard export is not working for us – website is https://suepellanddesigns.com/events/ – but low priority as the extension gives us more flexibility.
