Export as CSV/XML does not work

    I recently inherited this site, and discovered that the Contact Form had been sending submissions to an invalid e-mail address such that they were lost. I found the Submissions History page, and attempted to export the ~300 submissions, but neither Export button seems to do anything. I have tried it on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox, on Mac and Linux. Please advise.

    Hi,

    Could you please, to change deactivate all your other plugins, except Form Maker and see whether the export buttons will work.

    If the problem will not be occurring, please activate plugins one by one and check Form Maker Export buttons simultaneous, to find which one is causing the issue.

    Hola! actualicé wordpress y se me desapareció mi formulario de contacto. perdí también las submissions, puedo hacer algo para recuperarlo? Ya que no estaba recibiendo los contactos.

    Hi,

    Could you please, specify the steps that you have implemented to update the plugin.

    Have you done the update by using the Update Now from the Plugins page?
