Export and import User, Customer and orders

    Hello i just build a new website with products ready, now i need to export and import the users, customers, and orders from my old website.
    I’m a little bit lost because, i don’t know how to import users, customers and orders and make them match.

    So my question is, what do i need to import those 3 like it was on the old website ?
