Export and import reports

It would be nice to have a feature to export the reports themselves and import them on a different installation, for congruency between development and production installations as well as sharing reports with others.
I realize that exporting reports could be done with the export feature itself, but there is no way to then take that export and using the plugin to have those reports imported on another installation.
