Export and Import Draw Attention

    We’ve used the Export Import tool from wordpress to copy a map from one domain to another, however none of the hot spots copied over properly.

    Does anyone have a solution for this? It’s crucial that we can do this, for this and all future projects. We’re unable to recreate 50 hotspots for every domain that needs a map 🙁

    It appears there’s an issue with the current WordPress Importer. We are working on our own export/import function for the next release which will be more reliable. Please email us at support@tylerdigital.com and we’ll try to get you a temporary solution in the meantime.
