Explude only 1 image from Optimier

Good afternoon,

is there any way to exclude an image from the plugin optimizer.

I have a max width and a max high for my images (800×600), and I need to upload it from media library an image for my header that exceeds this values (1000×50).

Can I do this? If it’s possible, how can I do this?
