Exploit Blackhole Exploit Kit (type 2602)

I was alerted by a visitor that my site could not be accessed due to a virus. Sure enough when I try to visit my site, http://blanehoward.com I get a warning from AVG telling me that a threat was blocked. How can I go about removing the threat? From what I gathered in looking at other posts some malicious code has made its way into my website. Any suggestions on how I can remove this threat?
