Experiencing issues with Pro Plan

    Good day,

    I purchased the Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms Pro plan, but am experiencing a number of issues:

    1. [previous “Go Back”] Button is not working (See Step 2 of 4 onwards).
    2. Populated form fields are not included in the emails. It simply states
    Title: [Title]
    3. Summary of what the user entered in previous steps is not showing up when I add the [multiform “your-name”]

    My site is due to go live tomorrow and I’ve already spent so many hours trying to figure this out, but I’m stuck. Please help. Thanks, Jana

    This turned out to be an issue caused by another plugin that doesn’t jell with the Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms Plugin. The culprit was the Contact Form 7 – Success Page Redirects plugin. For future users, I’d steer well clear if I were you.

    Thanks for updating the post.

    Just to be clear, the other plugin was removing the default Contact Form 7 javascript file and causing the form to not use AJAX when submitting the form. And the PRO version of this plugin requires the CF7 form to submit via AJAX.
