Experience with LMS
-
I’ve been using Academy LMS for a couple of months now on an online training project, and honestly, I’ve been surprised by how comprehensive it is. I installed it thinking I’d just need something basic to upload a few videos, and I ended up creating courses with lessons, quizzes, and even certificates without having to touch a single line of code.
What I like most is that it has a SPA-style admin panel, so everything runs very smoothly, without those endless reloads you experience with other plugins of this type. I also noticed that it barely affects the website’s loading time, which I appreciate because I already had quite a few plugins installed and was worried my site would become slow.
If you sell courses, it integrates seamlessly with WooCommerce, which I really value because I didn’t want to depend on a complicated payment gateway or complex configurations. Furthermore, the latest version includes AI tools and multi-instructor options, which is fantastic if you ever want to scale and have more people upload content.
Therefore, I would recommend it without hesitation, although I do advise keeping it updated and carefully reviewing the permissions if you handle student data.
