Expand Up?

Is there a setting or other code I can add to enable the collapsible text to expand upward from the title? For example, I’d like to have the word DETAILS on a white background, and when you click it, a list of items appears upward from the word DETAILS. I have a little CSS experience, but the less required, the better. 🙂
