Expand Submenu view without arrows

At http://www.portlandfood.coop our client prefers to have the submenu pages on the menu present themselves when they click on any main landing page. This is only possible now if one selects the arrow icon. Client is worried user will not see use the arrow and see the submenus.

Desired functionality would be:

Click on In the Store (from menu) and then immediately view:

-Local Options
-Sales and Specials
-About our Store
etc
etc
