    There are a lot of plugins that could help you import your contacts database into WordPress. I haven’t used any so I can’t recommend a particular plugin but these should get the job done.

    You would just need to create new sa_client post types and match the meta keys to the new post. If you need help with the mapping let me know.

    I have many existing users in the wordpress database already.

    I’d like to be able to create associated Sprout Clients from these. There’s too many to do this manually.

    I see.

    Well, this will require some custom development. You’ll need to loop through all your users and create client records for each.

    Let me know via priority support if you’d like me to write a script for you.

    Priority support is included in an upgrade.
