The fix hasn’t been released yet, but will be soon! The code is ready to ship, just waiting on something out of our control.
In the meantime, this is plugin conflict with white label CMS, so you can disable it if you’re not using it

I also had this problem, and temporarily deactivating White Label CMS indeed made the trick to make a working backup. So thanks.
