Excluding lines with [num]=0 from mail

Hi Takayuki, thanks for your priceless work.

If a number field (placeholder 0) is set by form user to a specific number (e.g. 2), then set to 0 (either entering “0” or using up/down arrows) corrisponding line will appear in the email. “Exclude lines with blank mail-tags from output” will not work, because field value is not empty anymore, but 0.

Would it be possible to exclude lines with [num] tags from mail when number is zero?
