Excluded Form is Blocking A User

    Hi guys,

    A customer of Tailormade Africa is trying to complete our booking form – https://www.tailormadeafrica.com/booking-form/
    In the Advanced settings of the plugin I have placed the URL in the excluded URL’s. I have actually just added the URL https://www.tailormadeafrica.com/booking-form now too as I thought perhaps its the trailing slash.

    It was for:

    Jul 06, 2026 12:51:45

    Sarah Holliday Phoebe Charlotte Holliday

    [ email deleted, never post those again ]

    Are you able to advise why she was blocked?

    Hello,

    Some request parameters were not correctly transferred. We recommend setting the ‘Set cookie’ option to ‘Auto’ here: WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings

    Hi Serge,

    Thanks I will try this now and get back to you on the private ticketing system if there is still an issue.

    I can’t seem to find how to remove this information from this ticket. Are you able to remove the private details?

    Unfortunately, no. Only you can edit your post. Does the Edit button persist on your post in the bottom right corner?
