exclude shortcode not working

    Exclude shortcode doesn’t seem to work. I tried using “exclude_terms” as well as “exclude”.

    Here is my shortcode, my goal is to include all tag groups EXCEPT tag groups 15 and 16.

    [tag_groups_cloud smallest=14 largest=28 exclude_terms=15,16]

    The result displays all tag groups including 15 and 16 which is unexpected.
