Exclude post type from news sitemap

    A client has requested that a specific post type not appear in the sitemap. For the standard sitemap, I was able to accomplish this fairly easily using the “bwp_gxs_post_where” filter.

    However, the post type still appears in the news sitemap, and there does not seem to be any equivalent filter. Is there any way to accomplish this without modifying the plugin?

    The news sitemap does not currently support custom post type so I’m not sure how that specific post type can appear in it, unless that specific post type is the default “post” post type.

    Support for custom post type is coming in 1.4, by the way.

    This is a bug and have been fixed in 1.4.1, please let me know if you still encounter it.
