did you clear all cache after adding an exclude rule?
Hello!
Yes, I did. I was also in touch with my hosting provider to clear all of the server cache and to see if the CDN caching was the issue. We’ve come to the conclusion that it is in fact the WP Fastest Cache that caches the shop pages with the product filter.
As of right now the live site has the Wp Fastest Cache disabled, and just the CDN active and no problems. (Other than a little slow loading time though)
Is it possble to upload images here, in that case I could upload an image of my exclude settings to see if they are correct?
I want to see the problem. Can you enable WP Fastest Cache and tell me the url where the problem occured. and can you share the screenshot of the exclude rule with me please?
Sure, I’ve enabled it now with same settings as before.
See the problem here:

As you can see there is already something chosen in the filter when you go to the page.
If I deactivate the plugin it doesn’t cache the filters.

I think that it is related to the server-side cache system. can you disable wp fastest cache and try another cache plugin please? we need to be sure that it is not related to the cache plugins.
Sure. I’ve disabled wp fastest cache and just enabled w3 total cache instead.

Looks OK now I think.
you should use for a while. if the page is cached when the filter is used, the problem occurs.
