Exclude Files doesn’t work

Hi,

When I run a simple BackWPUp task, everything works fine except: although I tick a particular folder not to be backed up, it is backed up.

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this please ?

I don’t got your issue, which BWU version did you using? could you update to the latest one 3.6.9?

Yes: I already had the issue with v3.6.9.
Here is the screenshot: you can see I ticked ftp1 folder so that it’s not part of the back up, but it is actually: https://ibb.co/yVfnGqW

Sorry, but I tried to reproduce your issue multiple times but the file exclude still works as expected 🙁
Could you try to create another job and after that do a test?

Hi,

I created a new task and now it works fine, thank you !
I guess the old task didn’t work as it was created with an outdated BackWPup version.
