exclude css file from minifying not working

Hi,
I have tried to exclude one css file from being minified. Tried both possibilities /home/strato… and /wp-content/plugins/… but it seems that w3 total cache totally ignores it and minifies anyway.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
