No, it shows dropdown menu but I am not able to exclude it.
When I click on category it.
It does not show on excluded list
After you select the desired category to exclude, you need to press the “Exclude category” button. And it will appear in the list below.

Can you look into “Console” tab under developer tools and send me a screenshot with the errors ?

I think clearfy plugin creates this problem.
Can you tell me what happens when you click the dropdown list ?
