Excerpt won't display

    Like the topic title says, I can’t get the excerpt to display. Here is my code:

    if (function_exists(‘wpp_get_mostpopular’))
    wpp_get_mostpopular(“range=all&limit=2&excerpt_length=500&order_by=views&post_type=products&stats_comments=0”);

    Any ideas? I originally was using version 2.3.2 and had upgraded to 2.3.7 today. The older version I had no problems with, the excerpt displayed properly. It’s only when I updated to the latest version, the excerpt stopped displaying.
