Exceptional Support!

So I run a digital store, and was in a dire need of a plugin to sync my Etsy shop and my Woo store.

I tried this plugin out and there were shipping issues, since Digital downloads don’t ship, I did not have a shipping profile. so I needed help in setting up the plugin.

I reached out to customer support on the website, and mind you, at this moment, I am only a free user trying this plugin out for the first time.

The support was exceptional. They did all the hand holding and help me set up the plugin and now I can sync my products.

I will be eternally grateful.
