I downloaded the plugin and when I went to activate it, it seems to have crashed my site.

WordPress is up-to-date, Downloaded current version of NextGen when I went to activate the plugin it went to a white screen and never came back. I can’t get in to my site and my site is not visible to others. It appears to have crashed site. When I try to log back into my site dashboard I get this message:

    Exception thrown

    not defined for ExtensibleObject

    Bluehost is my host.
    2015 is my theme.
I don’t remember what other plugins I have installed for this site.

I have installed this plugin successfully for other sites I have created.

Fixed my problem. Went into my cpanel and deleted the ftp file.

It must have a conflict with some other Plugin I use for this site because I have installed this plugin successfully for other sites I have built. I suspect it might be the EWWW Image Optimizer…as I have had similar problems with that plugin on other sites I manage. But I have not confirmed that was the problem.

These are the plugins I have installed:
    About the Author Advanced
    Akismet
    Buttons Shortcode and Widgets
    Easy Author Image
    Edit Author Slug
    EWWW Image Optimizer
    Favicon by Real Favicon Generator
    Google Analytics by Yoast
Google Analytics Dashboard for WordPress (not activated)
    Jetpack by WordPress.com
    JM Twitter cards (not activated)
    Mojo Marketplace
    Popup Maker
    Social Author Bio (not activated)
    Woo Commerce (not activated)
    WP Backup to Dropbox
    WP Editorial Calendar
    WP Importer
    WP SEO
    WP to Buffer

@tswilsonvt – We have been working with the EWWW Image Optimizer author to help them update their plugin to sort out this issue going forward. Thanks for sharing.
