Excellent support that actually solves problems

I have been using Kadence while developing a fairly complex WordPress project and have had a very positive experience with their support team.

I recently reported two separate issues. In both cases, support took the time to understand and investigate the problem properly. The issues were eventually identified and logged as bugs, and I was provided with working temporary solutions that allow me to continue development while waiting for permanent fixes.

What I especially appreciate is the communication throughout the process. The responses have been professional, helpful and technically relevant, rather than just generic troubleshooting steps.
