    Chika provided excellent support, carefully read the information I sent and thoroughly investigated the issue in a methodical way. After we tried various fixes, Chika found the problem (an issue with the theme) and suggested some ways to reach a solution. I’m very grateful and impressed at the care and attention provided, and that they stuck at it and didn’t abandon me when the first couple of tries didn’t work. Thank you
