    I’ve been using Spectra on my website and I’m very happy with both the plugin and the support team.

    I recently contacted support regarding a couple of editor issues. Ravi was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He reproduced the issues on my staging site, clearly explained the difference between a configuration issue and an actual bug, and escalated the confirmed bugs to the development team.

    Communication was always fast and clear, and I really appreciated the time and effort they put into investigating everything.
