Excellent Support

I have been using their service for a few years now and not only do they regularly email me when a plugin is outdated and needs updating but when I do have an issue, they are on top of it and spend the time to fix it the right way. One of my sites was severely infected and redirecting to a gambling site and they worked with me to fix it and secure the site. They held my hand and walked me through updating my passwords and removing malicious user accounts. They were amazing.
