Excellent response time

I switched from another Theme and page builder about five years ago. I have a massive dedicated server and with the other theme and page builder the code crashed the resources over and over again. The managed support team discovered the problem and I then selected Colibri for all 18 of my wesites. I personally like it much more than Block editor. There are two items I appreciate with Colibri. One is the ease of design. The second is the very impressive response time for support. I have been using WordPress for over 15 years and one of the alarming things to be cautious of is the lack of response time. Colibri’s response time is impressive. Next, when there is an issue, the help to point out where the problem may be. They do not just say ” it’s someone elses plugin causing the issue” and then goodbye. They do not get “into” the functionality of other plugins but they do make trouble shooting suggestion in a kind and professional manner. I recommend that designers of dynamic web sites load in query monitor and to become familiar with how to read error logs too.. I give Colibri two set of five stars. Thank you Colibri.
