Excellent plugin, outstanding technical support

CommerceBird has been excellent on all fronts.

As a developer, I always look beyond the sales pitch when choosing a plugin, especially for something as important as an Exact Online integration. It is easy for a salesperson to promise everything before the sale, but the real value shows afterwards: in the quality of the plugin, the engineering behind it, and the support when real-world edge cases appear.

The plugin itself works very well for our WooCommerce integration and, within the natural limitations of Exact Online, everything runs smoothly. What really stands out, however, is the technical support. The team is very responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with Exact Online. They stay on top of Exact Online updates and make sure the plugin remains compliant and reliable as things change.

I also really appreciate how attentive they are to custom setups. They do not just provide a generic solution and leave you to figure out the rest. They take the time to understand specific use cases and make sure the solution is well engineered, both for the majority of users and for special cases. That is quite rare.

Before choosing CommerceBird, I did my research carefully, and I do not regret the decision one bit. Highly recommended.
