Excellent plugin and outstanding support

MetaSlider is a great, reliable slider plugin, but what really impressed me was the support.

After updating from 3.112 to 3.113, we encountered an issue where images in the Cubic theme were not displayed correctly. The MetaSlider support team investigated the problem with us, identified a JavaScript/jQuery-related issue, and helped us narrow it down to our custom theme.

It turned out that our custom theme had a hard-coded, outdated jQuery version. After the theme developer removed it, everything worked correctly again.

Excellent technical support, very responsive and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended!
