Sophie was incredibly helpful guiding me through the purchase of the lifetime unlimited agency bundle. She took he time to remind me to cancel my previous subscriptions so that I was not billed for them upon renewal, and provided all manner of assistance in understanding how to download the requisite plugins including the fact that I would need to download the free versions also. Very, very helpful.
