Excellent and effective plugin

This plugin works as describes and provides functionality which enables control over users, roles, and display elements.

I have replaces 3 separate plugins with this single one, ensuring that it does not negatively impact site performance (user management, role management, prevent regular users from seeing the admin bar when logged in).
