Some of the reviews and even the product description are a bit misleading. WordPress does not support email accounts, and therefore cannot be used as a mass mailing tool. However, this plugin allows easily customized participant/subscriber sign-up forms, and stores the data in a database, which the Administrator can review and edit. I don’t know the size limit, but one reviewer stated that 5,000 records was no problem. Subscription payment methods, such as a PayPal button, can be easily added. The database can be downloaded in .csv format, which most email clients (Outlook, etc.) will work with to perform a mass emailing. I think it’s superb.
