Have you contacted your host? That’s a web server based limitation in PHP and can’t be adjusted by a user via WordPress.
My host is GoDaddy and my PhP version is 5.6. It shows maximum upload size to be 32 MB however I dotn know what the issue is. I tried making changes to wp-config.php, functions.pgp, .htaccess however nothing worked
Might be worth getting onto live chat with them? The last time I had this issue, it was something that my hosting company had to change for me, it wasn’t something I could change.
My PHP options clearly show that I can have max upload size to 32MB and I also tried writing codes to increase the max upload size however nothing worked. I couldnt find any .ini files in my root folder.
