Can you please confirm that the problem started with the upgrade of WordPress to 4.9.5, and not with the most recent EntryWizard update to version 1.3.6?
And let me know what browser and operating system you are using?
Thanks
Oh, yes, I’m sorry. It was the EntryWizard update. I was not sure where to find the version number and picked the wrong one! Thank you for responding so quickly.
I was using FireFox 59.0.3 and Chrome (V?) on Windows 10 Pro (Version 1709, OS Build 16299.431).
This error also occurred for the Competition Steward of our club and he contacted me to check.
I know of other installations where Chrome on Windows 10 works ok, so the first thing I’d suggest trying is getting a fresh copy of the plugin, just in case something got corrupted in the update.
Download it by clicking Download in the WordPress.org plugin page, and ftp it to your server.
Hello again. It has taken this long to resolve the problem. We reinstalled EntryWizard but that did not fix it. Finally, our webhost did some serious investigation and discovered that something they had installed was preventing a large zip file from successfully being created. We are all good now, thanks!
