Evolve Theme Spacing Issue

I just downloaded and started using Evolve theme yesterday. It has been fine except for one problem. I added a new page and the spacing between the title, for example, About Us, and the body of the page is spaced very far apart.

Does anyone know how to change the .css or add custom .css for that? I am very new with .css so I’ll need exact instructions.

    Thanks!

I cannot add the site because it is privately hosted. Is there anyone out there that would know what to do??
