Everything reset to default, theme changed?

Hello, today I attempted to login to my WP account however it continually said my password was incorrect, it is auto-filled and has only been changed once. So I went ahead and reset my password, but once logged in everything had been reset, my profile settings, my plugins, my themes, everything was basically reset to default files as if I never created anything. My pages and posts have also vanished. I am still new to the WP world and still creating my site. That being said, I unfortunately have yet to create a backup. Thoughts?
