Everything is lost

I feel like am shattered right now after spending hell on plugins suddenly I realized that my pages won’t show even after been published. And more and more issues just keep occuring and so I decided to just reset everything after different ways hopefully that would be the solution but then I got my self into a hudge mess. Right now after installation all I saw when I reloged in was profile and then dashboard and on the dashboard they is absolutely nothing there. No plugins ,post, media, comments or even appearance.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Please help me this is just not fair.
