I attempt to activate creates an output like the following, all a bit different different plugin different amount of characters. i have other wp installs on same server running same theme/plugins with no issues..

The plugin generated 3846 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
