The other website I had to do worked fine. It’s just this site I’m having issues with.
Hm, it may be because the event is listed as having already started; will need to confirm that explains it.

The site is currently down because the host is doing emergency maintenance on the MySQL databases, and haven’t provided an ETA on completion.
Hi team, that website is back up, and events page doesn’t work.
The other client that I referenced in my initial couple of posts did have this working, and now it is no longer working on her site. I have deleted the plugin, reset Keyring, tried again, and still not working.

Can you post a link to your test event on Eventbrite please, so we can take a look (assuming it’s different from the one above)? Also, are you working with a custom theme templates, or just the plugin on top of a custom theme? Do you have the same problem when using a default theme?

In both cases I have installed the plugin on top of a custom theme, and the events are not loading even with the default theme.

same problem here, I have set everything correctly but the event is not loading. I am using localhost, does the site need to be live ?
